Trinity Property Management (AKA BeaverPads) is looking to hire an experienced full-time property management assistant. This position pays $21/hr with full benefits. You'll be compensated for using your vehicle. Your duties will include completing and maintaining lease paperwork for our tenants, so organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. You'll have the opportunity to lead showings and work with future and current tenants. You'll also have the opportunity for overtime pay periodically during the year, and especially during the summer. Most of our properties are newer construction, we are actively building more, and we focus on maintaining them at a very high level. You can take pride in the properties you manage.
