Summary: Seeking a Business Development Representative to drive business growth by generating and nurturing leads for sports organizations. Requirements: * 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management. * Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications. * Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; associate degree considered for exceptional candidates. Preferred Skills: * Self-motivated and goal-oriented. * Competitive and enthusiastic about achieving goals. Responsibilities: * Build a pipeline of qualified leads by scheduling product demonstrations. * Conduct outbound prospecting with a daily goal of making 50+ calls. * Follow up on inbound and outbound leads through various communication channels. * Collaborate with internal teams to identify sales opportunities. * Lead independent and team-driven lead-generation campaigns. * Manage CRM records for assigned territory.
