Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Proactively approach customers and engage them in meaningful conversations about AT&T products and services.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest AT&T products, services, and promotions to effectively educate customers and make product recommendations.
• Sales: Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate AT&T plans, devices, and accessories.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for staying updated with the latest gadgets and technology.
• Positive attitude and a strong team player.
