We have an immediate opening in our sales department: * We offer a commission based pay plan-our top salespeople earn 100K+. * Our inventory consists of over 200 preowned vehicles in stock. * Inventory can range from your standard run- of -the -mill basic sedan to late model trucks & SUV's that sell for $60,000-$70,000. YOU will have the opportunity to sell it all! * Hours are approximately 43 per week & we offer a flexible schedule WHO are we looking for? We are looking for a motivated , career minded person who is interested in unlimited earning potential. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features to potential buyers. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships. * Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain knowledge of inventory and assist in inventory management. * Provide exceptional customer service, including follow-ups and support in both English and Spanish. * Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
