Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the commercial sector. You will leverage your technical knowledge and sales expertise to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs, focusing on HVAC systems. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations. * Collaborate with service technicians and mechanics to understand technical specifications and capabilities. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, including design proposals and schematics. * Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Qualifications * Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the commercial HVAC sector. * Strong technical knowledge of service technician roles, including familiarity with mechanical systems. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. * Ability to read and interpret schematics and design documents related to mechanical systems. * Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is a plus. * Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
