Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative Lead who will help us develop an outside sales team, and become a Sales Manager that leads our team in NM in the rooftop and community solar sector. This pivotal role requires a strong leader who can effectively drive sales growth, and foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the solar market and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate their team. Position

Overview

As the Rooftop/ Community Solar Sales Manager your duties will include:

• Work with staff on hiring first field sales staff (future sales leaders)
• Training of field sales leaders and consultants; lead, mentor and coach
• Engage in outside sales activities, including door-to-door training of new reps and closing sales leads, to expand customer base.
• Work with our EPC to master their work flows
• Monitor lead generation team and close leads. Perks of the role:
• Salary ($31,200) plus commission

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing or leading a sales team, preferably in the renewable energy industry
• Strong knowledge of rooftop solar and incentives
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual (spanish) abilities are a huge plus
• Experience in outside sales
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to analyze team performance and culture
