Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative Lead who will help us develop an outside sales team, and become a Sales Manager that leads our team in NM in the rooftop and community solar sector. This pivotal role requires a strong leader who can effectively drive sales growth, and foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the solar market and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate their team. Position Overview As the Rooftop/ Community Solar Sales Manager your duties will include: * Work with staff on hiring first field sales staff (future sales leaders) * Training of field sales leaders and consultants; lead, mentor and coach * Engage in outside sales activities, including door-to-door training of new reps and closing sales leads, to expand customer base. * Work with our EPC to master their work flows * Monitor lead generation team and close leads. Perks of the role: * Salary ($31,200) plus commission * Health share option * 401k and match * 2 weeks paid time off (July 4th & Dec 25 weeks) Requirements * Proven experience in managing or leading a sales team, preferably in the renewable energy industry * Strong knowledge of rooftop solar and incentives * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team * Excellent communication skills; bilingual (spanish) abilities are a huge plus * Experience in outside sales * Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction. * Ability to analyze team performance and culture About Us We are a renewable energy facilitator, that works with companies that are making our world a little greener!
