Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a comprehensive understanding of property management practices. This role requires a proactive approach to property leasing, tenant relations, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our properties. APPLICANT MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH APPFOLIO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE Responsibilities * Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. * Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Conduct property inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance or repairs. * Finalize lease agreements and renewals. * Maintain accurate records through data entry for tenant applications, lease agreements, and maintenance requests and any other communications. * Collaborate with legal administrative teams to handle any tenant disputes or eviction processes as needed. Experience * Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. * Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. * Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs and Fair Housing regulations is highly desirable. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively. * Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks with attention to detail.
