Now, were looking for a driven, consultative Account Executive to help fuel our next stage of growth. What Youll Do: Youll own the sales process from first contact to close. Whether it's a warm lead from our marketing campaigns or a prospect you've developed through outreach, youll act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them uncover risk, identify opportunities, and build smarter, safer businesses. Your responsibilities include: Lead Generation & Business Development Execute outbound campaigns using LinkedIn, HubSpot, and cold outreach to build pipeline. Follow up on inbound leads from targeted campaignsno lead ignored. Collaborate with marketing to optimize audience targeting and refine messaging. Consultative Sales & Opportunity Management Qualify prospects needs and align them with RTPs 2025 Solution Stack and services. Work cross-functionally with security engineers, project managers, and compliance advisors to design tailored solutions. Develop proposals, present statements of work, and drive contract negotiations through close. What You Bring: Were looking for closers with technical acumen and the ability to connect with executives at small and medium-sized businesses. Core Competencies: Consultative Selling You ask the right questions, listen actively, and tailor solutions to solve real problems. Business & Technical Acumen You understand the intersection of cybersecurity, compliance, and business operations. Self-Leadership You take initiative, thrive without micromanagement, and hold yourself accountable. Adaptability You test, learn, adjustand keep improving outreach strategies and close rates. Collaboration You work as part of a go-to-market team with engineering, marketing, and operations. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, managed services, cybersecurity, or SaaS. Proven track record managing and closing complex solution-based sales ($25K$250K). Familiarity with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, FTC Safeguards) is a strong plus. Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales engagement tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills with C-level decision makers. Why Responsive Technology Partners?
