I am working on behalf of an organisation with over two decades of experience in Home Health. The Company: * Provide Home Health Care and Home Care on the East Coast of Florida * Over two decades established * Progression opportunities * Medicare and Private Duty with additional insurances * Very well staffed The role: * Establish and nurture partnerships with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, and other healthcare professionals to generate private duty home care referrals. * Represent the company at networking events, health fairs, and community gatherings to promote home care services and build brand recognition. * Identify and engage potential clients and families in need of private duty home care, effectively communicating the benefits of personalized care services. * Implement targeted marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-person strategies, to increase client base and meet sales goals. * Monitor and analyze marketing efforts, track referral sources, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and growth opportunities.
