Location: 14101 Hawthorne Blvd, Hawthorne, CA Job Functions Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Answer, route, and manage main-line phone calls and emails * Showing vacant units to prospective tenants * Answer and manage calls and emails from Potential Tenants * Share information about vacant properties * Pre-screen showing requests * Schedule showing appointments * Manage check-in and check-out of existing appointments * Level 1 & 2 Processing of Tenant Rental Applications Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have: * Excellent interpersonal communication skills. * Fluent in Spanish * Submit to a criminal background check before or during employment * A reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and proper insurance * Smartphone * Bachelor's degree The ideal candidate might also have/ be * CA DRE License (if yes, then must transfer license to JRealty brokerage) Hours & Commitment We have 1 fulltime position, 40 hours per week employment.
