Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that enhance their experience with our products and services. You will play a crucial role in driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building techniques. Duties * Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls and emails, to provide exceptional service and support. * Conduct outbound calling to potential clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest in our products. * Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of sales activities. * Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing any inquiries from customers. * Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends and develop strategies to enhance sales performance. * Assist in telemarketing efforts to promote new products and services, ensuring a consistent brand message is communicated. Skills * Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Experience in inside sales or technical sales is highly desirable. * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and telemarketing strategies. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience. * Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships. * A keen understanding of market dynamics that can influence customer purchasing decisions.
