Full description of the position

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Account Executive to join our dynamic team at TechniPower. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving targets within the staffing industry. Responsibilities * Cultivate and uphold client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty in fulfilling their staffing needs. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking, lead generation, and client referrals. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized staffing solutions that meet client requirements and resolve staffing challenges. * Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiation in the staffing industry. Qualifications * Demonstrated track record in sales and key account management. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport, trust, and credibility with clients and candidates. * Effective negotiation and persuasion skills to successfully close deals and contracts. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic in the sales environment. Day-to-day * Engage with clients to understand their staffing requirements and offer tailored staffing solutions. * Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and enhance the sales process. * Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM/ATS system We are deeply rooted in our core values, which guide every aspect of how we operate.
