Position Title: Regional Sales Director Company: KH Commercial Roofing Location: Southeast Region (TN, FL, NC, GA - Travel Required)

Position Summary

: KH Commercial Roofing is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Director to drive revenue growth by closing inbound bids, building and managing a regional sales team, and expanding market share throughout the Southeast. This role is both hands-on and leadership-focused -- combining active deal closing with recruiting, training, and overseeing a team of regional sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Personally close incoming commercial roofing bids and leads.
• Hire, train, and mentor a team of regional salespeople across multiple Southeast states.
• Set performance targets and manage KPIs for the regional sales team.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow KH Commercial Roofing's footprint across assigned territories.
• Implement sales processes that increase close rates, shorten sales cycles, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and field support to sales reps during prospecting, bidding, and closing activities.
• Collaborate with the Estimating, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
• Maintain a personal pipeline while overseeing the team's pipeline health and forecasting.
• Attend key precon meetings, networking events, and conferences as a representative of KH Commercial Roofing.

Qualifications

:

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience (commercial roofing or construction preferred).
• Proven track record of both personally closing sales and managing a high-performance sales team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the Southeast region as needed.
• Self-driven with a focus on exceeding goals and building a dominant regional sales culture.
