Job Summary

: An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team and take ownership of the Southeast U.S. territory. This role focuses on expanding our presence in the polymer and zinc flake coating market for fastener applications. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the dip spin and liquid spray processes, strong relationships within the fastener industry, and a passion for driving business growth. This is a high-impact, six-figure base salary position with unlimited commission potential, offering the autonomy to manage a key territory while being supported by a global network of innovation and expertise. Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage and grow sales across the Southeast U.S. territory
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the automotive, energy, and construction industries
• Promote and sell polymer and zinc flake coating solutions for fastener applications
• Leverage technical knowledge of dip spin and liquid spray coating processes to recommend the best solutions for customer needs
• Conduct regular customer visits, attend industry events, and maintain a visible presence in the fastener market
• Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and reports to track progress against targets
• Collaborate with internal operations and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales related to polymer and/or zinc flake coatings for fasteners
• Strong network of contacts within the fastener market
• Familiarity with the dip spin and liquid spray coating processes
• Proven ability to sell into automotive, energy, and construction sectors
• Self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel within the Southeast territory as needed
• Must reside within 1 hour of Cleveland, TN
