Company Description Palm Communities is a property management company that specializes in improving multifamily properties in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. Role Description This is a 20-to-40-hour, hybrid on-site role for a Leasing Specialist at Palm Communities Office located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The Leasing Specialist will be assisting the Property Managers in answering and calling multiple portfolio guest cards, pre-screening possible applicants, previewing applications/collecting all the information needed in order to effectively and possibly approve by the Property Managers. They will be actively touring vacant units with prospects in Pinellas County, Hillsborough County and commuting to the Tampa office on required admin days. Training is provided.
