Position Overview: As an AT&T Account Trainee at Premier Team Consulting, you will serve as the primary point of contact for AT&T customers, assisting them with a range of inquiries, issues, and service requests. Your role will be vital in ensuring that customers receive a high level of service and support, helping them navigate AT&T's offerings while promoting a positive and engaging customer experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a team that values collaboration, delivering results, and driving sales. AT &T Account Trainee Key Responsibilities: * AT&T Account Trainees will provide exceptional customer service to AT&T customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns directly with professionalism and efficiency. * Assist customers with billing inquiries, service activation, technical troubleshooting, and account management, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions. * Educate customers on AT&T's products and services, including new features, promotions, and services that meet their needs, contributing to sales targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to gain trust and loyalty, while ensuring a positive customer experience and supporting sales efforts at every interaction. * Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate technical teams when necessary. * Collaborate with internal teams and departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery. * Maintain an up-to-date understanding of AT&T's products, services, policies, and promotions to effectively assist customers. * Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system. * Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction metrics and performance targets. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. * Previous customer service experience, ideally in a telecommunications or call center environment with a focus on sales. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse customer groups. * Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to handle complex inquiries and provide quick, efficient solutions that align with sales goals. * Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. * Familiarity with AT&T products and services is a plus, but not required. * A positive, customer-first attitude with a passion for delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
