ACCOUNT MANAGER | IMMEDIATE HIRE Center Cut Landscaping LLC is a rapidly growing commercial landscape company in the greater Las Vegas area. We are an established commercial landscape contractor and we are currently looking to hire a full-time Account Manager. The commercial landscaping industry provides employment opportunities for those who are looking for a long-term career. We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports. Account Managers answer client inquiries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel. If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication, and understand consumer behavior, we'd like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas. Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run. Position Requirements: * Bachelor's degree is a must * Exceptional verbal and written communication * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Excellent time and project management skills * Excellent negotiation & presentation skills * Ability to prioritize among competing tasks * Keen attention to detail (this job requires a high level of organizational skills) * Excellent active listening skills * Must be tech-savvy * Must be a self-starter, team player individual with a positive, go-getter attitude * Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn * Must be able to read, write and speak professional English * Must be able to exceed standard customer service expectations * Proficient knowledge of landscape We offer the following: * Salary depends on experience (between $50,000 and $70,000) * We offer health, dental, and vision insurance benefits at a low monthly cost * Two weeks of paid time off and 6 paid holidays. * We pay weekly on Fridays through check or direct deposit * A friendly work environment with the opportunity for growth * A full-time salary position Job Responsibilities: * Manage clients & be the primary point of contact for client relations * Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional service * Build relationships with clients in a personal and professional manner * Set client expectations and ensure they are met * Respond to client concerns within 24 hours or less * Respond to clients in a timely manner including on the weekends and after hours * Respond to emergency situations within 2 hours * Understand client maintenance contracts on a high level * Use maps, photos, emails, and text to communicate effectively with clients * Increase job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities * Maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations * Responsible for working with Business Development team to onboard new clients * Liaise between the customer and the field * Responsible for building and sending proposals to clients as required * Manage the field/crew * Collaborate with internal field departments to facilitate client needs * Schedule irrigation repairs with the most important issues first * Ensure adequate photos are taken by the crew and irrigation techs * Create maps for the crew as needed to communicate effectively * Organize signed paperwork or approved work orders with a high level of communication * Assist with field training programs and conducting meetings as needed * Managing all the company needs in relation to the Aspire software * Assist with sending reports and photos from properties to clients as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Customer Service: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
