Entry Level Direct Marketing and Sales Overview This is a Entry- Level , Full-Time, and On-Site opprotunity in Raleigh, NC. Pay: Base pay + Commissions Employment Type: Full Time Lumex is a staffing firm In search of a motivated and team oriented Entry Level Direct Marketing and Sales professional to join our client's growing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build confidence when working in a client facing environment and kickstart their career in marketing and sales through hands-on experience across various marketing channels. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies, analyzing our marketing efforts by interacting face-to-face with consumers in Client's Retail Locations, and contributing to the overall growth and sales of our clients' brand. Current brands the client represents are Branded Water Companies and Mobility Companies. Entry Level Direct Marketing and Sales Duties - Assist in the execution of in-store marketing campaigns for branded water companies and mobility client's, through multiple channels of communication - Analyzing consumer trends by working face-to-face with consumers to inform marketing and sales strategies. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging conversations with consumers - Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvement of sales. - Deliver exceptional customer service to consumers while assisting with sales orders - Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for marketing and sales strategies - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to increase client's overall sales Requirements - A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. - Familiarity with marketing concepts is a plus - Strong communications skills with the ability to build relationshisps - A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience through internships or academic projects is advantageous but not required.
