Summary We are seeking a dynamic F&I Sales professional to join our team at Airtec Sports. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Drive sales by promoting our range of powersport vehicles and accessories. * Utilize customer relationship management tools to track leads and follow up effectively. * Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Process loan applications and assist customers with financing options. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product offerings. Requirements * Proven experience in finance sales, preferably in automotive or powersports industries. * Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
