• Work with warm inbound leads --no cold calling required
• Conduct thorough buyer consultations to understand client needs
• Show homes, write offers, and negotiate on behalf of clients
• Stay knowledgeable about local market trends and communities
• Attend team meetings, daily huddles, and skill-building sessions
• Maintain communication and task updates in our CRM (Follow Up Boss)
• Represent the team professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues
• Contribute to our collaborative, high-integrity team culture What We 're Looking For
• Active California Real Estate License (required)
• At least 1 year of buyer representation experience preferred
• Strong communicator with excellent follow-up and people skills
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
• Self-starter with high standards, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Familiarity with the Santa Barbara market or willingness to learn quickly
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like CRMs and social media
