• Make Outbound Calls Daily to business owners and decision-makers that match our target client profile.
• Qualify Prospects by identifying their needs and assessing how we can help solve their cash flow challenges.
• Schedule High-Intent Appointments for our closers--every meeting you set helps drive revenue.
• Track Lead Activity using our CRM to ensure smooth communication and accurate data handoffs.
• Train Like a Pro --participate in daily coaching, script drills, and role-plays to sharpen your prospecting and objection-handling skills.
• Collaborate with Closers and top performers to learn real-world strategies and level up your game.
• Exceed Daily, Weekly & Monthly Targets--and earn more for doing it. What We 're Looking For
• Experience in Sales or Appointment Setting You've worked in a phone-based sales role before--or you've got the drive and confidence to jump in and succeed.
• Strong Communication Skills You know how to build rapport fast , ask the right questions, and lead the conversation.
• Motivated & Coachable You want to win, and you're open to feedback. You'll be trained on everything from prospecting to closing , and we'll guide your path to promotion.
