The Renewal Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and renewing existing customer contracts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities * Manage and renew existing customer contracts * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers * Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services * Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas * Provide exceptional customer service and support * Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field * 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong customer service orientation * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Why Join Us?
