Account Specialist (Industrial Tires) (Nevada) Michelin is hiring! - - - - - - - - - - - - REALISATIONS CLES ATTENDUES : * Gerer des comptes de toutes tailles en representant votre equipe a l'exterieur aupres des clients et a l'interieur en travaillant avec diverses parties prenantes. * Developper une comprehension approfondie de la position du client sur le marche, de son produit/service, des points de difference et du paysage concurrentiel. * Saisir, gerer et repondre aux demandes/reclamations des clients * tablir et construire de solides relations de travail avec les chefs d'entreprise a tous les niveaux. * Gerer au quotidien la communication avec les clients et les relations permanentes en ce qui concerne les projets en cours, nouveaux et a venir, y compris l'examen des activites. * Preparer et presenter des informations commerciales et une proposition efficace pour le client lors d'un renouvellement ou de nouvelles initiatives. * Si necessaire, rendre visite aux clients, participer a des salons professionnels et a d'autres evenements industriels afin de tirer parti des possibilites de reseautage et d'etablissement de relations. * Rester en contact de maniere proactive avec les clients et le marche en constante evolution afin d'acceder a de nouvelles opportunites de recherche et de s'assurer que tous les clients viables sont engages de maniere reguliere et efficace * Developper/generer de nouvelles pistes en surveillant les tendances, en menant des recherches, en identifiant les opportunites, en effectuant des appels a froid et en prenant des rendez-vous.
