Jewel Gallery is looking for a Full-time personable jewelry associate with experience in sales, customer service and/or retail to help our customers find the right jewelry. The ideal candidate will have the willingness to learn and work hard, as well as reliability. You must be able to stay focused on tasks, even under pressure or in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will be responsible for selling jewelry for our company by assisting our customers in choosing the right items for their needs. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces. * Answer customer questions, give advice and recommend various jewelry items to buy. * Demonstrate jewelry pieces to customers, offer accessories, sizing and cleaning services. * Provide references and make suggestions on different products. * Clean display shelves, dust items and keep products in order. * Take in jewelry for repairs and appraisals. * Perform other clerical tasks such as bookkeeping, organize inventory and process payments.
