As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to sell our stucco products to commercial and residential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the construction industry, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities : * Develop and manage new business by identifying and contacting potential customers in the construction and renovation sectors. * Maintain and grow relationships with current clients, ensuring their needs are met and products are delivered on time. * Present and demonstrate our stucco products, offering tailored solutions to meet client specifications. * Provide customers with product information, pricing, and technical support. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and coordination of customer orders. * Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business development. * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. * Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand visibility. Qualifications : * Outside sales experience, preferably in the construction, building materials, or related industries. * Knowledge of stucco products, installation, and industry trends is a plus. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
