1-800 Radiator & A/C is seeking a professional, competent, motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as an Outside Sales Rep. This is a Part Time position with comprehensive benefits and will be located in our Redding, CA facility. The territory for this position includes the greater Redding Metro's area. Ideal Candidate: * Superior organizational and problem-solving skills * Superior communication and writing skills (Bi-Lingual, Spanish a plus) * Excellent attention to detail * Great team player * Pro-active mindset * Patience, composure and a friendly personality * Knowledge of automotive industry or cars in general a plus Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: * Initiate customer contacts to generate new business with shops who have not bought from 1800Radiator & A/C. * Building trust with new and current customers by continuing to do what you have told them you would do and exceeding all expectations they may have had of you and your company. * Following up with customers on all new orders to make sure they were very satisfied with the end result, and taking appropriate action if they were not satisfied. * Thinking "outside the box" when issues arise and a solution needs to be found in order to make problems seamless to the customer. Finding ways to turn a 'no' into a 'yes'. * Communicating all complaints from customers to the Operations Manager and following through on a corrective action plan to present to the customer. * Follow the established required procedures for obtaining information, pricing, availability, lead times, etc., to assure rapid and accurate responses. * Visit customers in the Denver territory. * Generate sales and meet monthly sales goals. * Promote the 1-800-Radiator & A/C brand and visibility. * Must always be presentable and professional in overall appearance while promoting the 1-800-Radiator & A/C brand either in the field or office.
