Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants in finding their ideal living space while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in managing leasing processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Duties * Greet potential tenants and provide information about available properties. * Conduct property tours and showcase amenities to prospective residents. * Assist with the completion of lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is collected. * Maintain organized files for contracts and tenant records. * Utilize OneSite software for data entry, tracking leads, and managing tenant information. * Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants while adhering to company policies. * Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and follow-up communications. * Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly. * Stay informed about local rental market trends to effectively advise potential tenants. Requirements * Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a leasing or real estate environment. * Strong phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. * Familiarity with legal administrative tasks related to leasing agreements. * Proficient in data entry and record management; experience with OneSite or similar software is a plus. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with clients. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing files and contracts. * A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent service.
