What You 'll Do:

• Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods (with assigned territories)
• Start conversations and educate homeowners about a powerful energy-saving upgrade
• Set appointments or close on the spot, depending on program
• Maintain a professional and positive presence in every interaction
• Log leads, notes, and updates using simple digital tools
• Hit weekly performance goals--and get rewarded for exceeding them
