Paul Davis Restoration is the largest restoration company in Western NY serving residential and commercial customers in their time of need when they have had damage to their home or businesses due to water, fire, mold, or storm damage. We offer emergency services 24/7 and general construction services to rebuild the structure. This job helps support our community when they need help with a superior service in a tough time and is not just selling another widget, there is a sense of satisfaction that comes with working for Paul Davis. The Director of Sales will be on the leadership team and is responsible for continuing our YOY growth by leading our existing sales team and developing your own relationships. Travel is limited to the Western NY area with 3-5 overnights for trade shows within NY state expected. This position will be salary plus commission basis and should reach a total of $120-170k the first year with no upper cap on compensation. This position will have a company vehicle and gas card; and an opportunity to participate in Health Care, Vision, Dental, Life, and 401k with matching.

Responsibilities

:

• Key member of the site leadership team to ensure the attainment of revenue and profit goals with responsibility for profit/loss and the achievement of current and long-range objectives
• Effectively demonstrate leadership skills to be able to train/coach and motivate individuals and empower them to improve sales and market growth while building accountability
• Prioritizing target list of prospect companies within target markets and adapt over time as changes in market or competitive pressures are realized to maximize our sales efforts
• Completing annual sales plans for each sales team member and develop longer term sales vision for additional hires
• Build your own client base based on networking, outside sales calls, Trade Group association participation, supporting trade shows and events
• Help recruit and hire additional sales team A-Players to support the company's long-term growth
• Effectively use CRM systems to track all customer related activity from team and prepare reports for the leadership team. Qualities Desired:
• Entrepreneurial, visionary and strategic leadership experience with the ability to develop the team
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Articulate and strong public speaking
• 7+ years of sales experience with experience in selling to Property Owners, Managers and networking in property related trade groups is a plus
• 3+ years managing teams of sales professionals
• Valid driver's license required
