Delwest Management is a mid-sized property management firm that owns and manages its own market rate and affordable multi-family apartment communities. Our properties are located in Denver and surrounding areas and are newly constructed and offer a range of amenities. The company is undergoing significant growth with advancement opportunities. Bilingual English/Spanish is a benefit. This position requires the applicant to strive to provide excellent customer service and love working with the public. Must have the ability to navigate and problem solve somewhat difficult situations that may arise with care and decorum. Professional appearance and positive representation of the company are necessary. Ability to communicate professionally and thoughtfully are a must. Experience in a property management software is helpful but not necessary. Leasing Professionals are responsible to assist the Community Manager in the daily operations of the property including, but not limited to accepting applications, following up on new leads, and touring new applicants. Fostering resident relationships and building resident retention are imperative to this position. Must be approachable and relatable and have the ability to plan and attend resident events which may take place after normal working hours or on a weekend. This position requires you to work one day on the weekend (typically saturday) with one day off during the week. This position acts as first line of communication with residents, applicants and vendors. All employees must ensure resident needs are understood and addressed in a professional and timely manner. Must have knowledge of Fair Housing. Must have the ability to work independently and be a self-starter while able to multitask as all offices are busy and fast paced working environments. Applicant must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in writing, on the telephone and in person. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This position is full-time, typically from 9:00AM - 6:00PM Tuesday - Saturday (40 hours per week) or as directed by the community manager.
