Direct Automotive Distributing is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team in our Pasco, WA location. This position involves a high volume of face-to-face customer contact. This position is full time Monday - Friday. Travel required with some overnights possible. Minimum Job Requirements * 4-5 years of Sales experience within the Automotive Parts industry. * 2-3 years of experience with routine Cold Calling of potential clients to develop business. * Demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on closing sales. * Strong relationship building skills * Ability to conduct business in a professional manner with both internal and external customers. * Excellent oral and written communication skills including formal presentation skills. Computer skills w/ emphasis on Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point. * Ability to lift 70lbs * Valid driver's license and good driving record * Performs other duties as assigned. * Direct Automotive offers well-balanced compensation and benefits programs, which may include medical, dental, 401K with company match, paid holidays/vacation.
