Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service : Assist customers in identifying the perfect mattress to improve their sleep, comfort, and overall well-being. Build trust and establish lasting relationships by understanding their unique needs.
• Showcase High-Ticket Items : Confidently present and explain the features and benefits of premium products, including mattresses and other high-value items, to guide customers toward informed purchasing decisions.
• Independently Manage Store Operations : Take initiative and responsibility while working alone in the store, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting environment. Provide seamless customer service across various shifts, occasionally covering other locations (Knoxville, Maryville, or Sevierville) when required.
• Proactively Engage with Leads : Respond promptly to inbound marketing leads via phone or email, provide relevant product information, and invite prospective customers to visit the showroom.
• Maximize Sales Opportunities : Actively seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell complementary products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales revenue.
• Maintain Product Knowledge : Stay updated on the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of all product offerings, ensuring you can address customer questions confidently and accurately.
• Contribute to Marketing Initiatives : Collaborate with the marketing team by providing customer insights, assisting with promotional activities, and utilizing basic marketing tools to drive traffic to the showroom.
• Handle Administrative

Duties

: Accurately process sales transactions, manage inventory records, and ensure all paperwork is completed promptly and correctly.

• Represent the Brand : Uphold Brothers Bedding's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction by delivering a professional and positive customer experience at all times. What We 're Looking For
• Experience : At least 2 years in retail, customer service, or commission-based sales of high-ticket items ($2,000+). Examples include mattresses, furniture, cars, or jewelry.
