Seniors Helping Seniors Chagrin Valley (SHS CV) is proud to serve the east suburbs and Chagrin Valley area of Cleveland. We are an in-home senior care company that provides services to support seniors who need assistance to age with dignity and grace in their own home. *We 're Looking For: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic sales and business development representative to join our team. This person will focus on driving sales activities, building relationships, business growth and awareness of Seniors Helping Seniors in the communities we serve. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with referral sources, community organizations, as well as identifying and developing areas of growth that will result in leads, sales and ultimately revenue generation. We're looking for someone that is self-motivated, cares about providing quality care for seniors, and excellent customer service to the families we work with. This is an in-person position that requires daily face-to-face sales calls and activity to build relationships and gain referrals. Non-field activities will be conducted in the company office with potential for remote work down the road. This person should plan and organize community marketing events, attend networking events and curate speaking events (which Sales Leadership/Owner can execute or train the rep to lead) to promote the SHS brand and services. *What You 'll Do: * Identify, cultivate, build and maintain key relationships, drive brand awareness and acquire new clients with local healthcare providers, hospitals, senior living communities, and other referral sources. * Provide education and information on the benefits of in-home care services, and the SHS CV difference to potential referral sources. * Respond to and follow up on incoming leads and referrals; work with Sales Leadership to complete the sales cycle and close business. * Attend and represent SHS at local industry events, networking opportunities, and community outreach activities to enhance brand visibility. * Report to leadership regularly on sales activities, lead generation, and market conditions. * Effectively communicate within the team to meet clients' needs and satisfaction; and ensure overall team success. * Provide active, ongoing relationship management for referral partners. * Maintain accurate and detailed notes/records of all activity to support cohesive communication throughout the organization. *What You 'll Get: * Base pay AND bonus/compensation package based on meeting performance metrics * Paid Time Off * Health Benefits- Medical, Vision, Dental, Accident, Critical Illness, and Short Term Disability * 401(k) with matching * Ongoing sales and leadership training * Cell phone stipend * Mileage reimbursement What You 'll Need: * Ability to work in a self-directed environment, self-motivated, open to coaching and constructive criticism to improve overall skills and performance. * Minimum of 2 years of sales, business development, marketing experience in the healthcare industry, preferably within home care, hospice, or senior care services. * Associate degree at a minimum; strong computer skills and ability to learn various software/systems and keep CRM updated. * Established relationships with hospitals, healthcare facilities, and senior living communities in the Cleveland area preferred, not required. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. * Experienced in developing and implementing a sales plan and contributing to marketing plan development and execution. * Self-motivated with a passion for helping others and promoting quality care services. * Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. * Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation or personal vehicle to travel to health care facilities, senior centers, and community events as required Why Join Us?
