Strive for Growth--Team members can grow their career and the company will continually grow. The Position: We are looking for an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team. This person will help manage and lease our buildings and provide excellent customer service to our tenants. Responsibilities: * Prepare leases and renewal leases * Answer phones * Show Apartments * Market the units * Relay messages to maintenance staff and management * Survey apartments and grounds for any issues. This would involve travel around the South Hills. * Log calls in our software system * Other reasonable tasks related to property management Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in property management preferred. * Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others. * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. * Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed. You must have your own vehicle to travel to the properties from our office, and excellent computer and phone skills.
