Carriage Hill Insurance is actively looking for a new Commercial Line Account Manager who is highly motivated, energetic, and has strong communication skills to join our team. Our agency is rapidly growing, and we are looking for the right individual to fit right into our agency. The Customer Service Representative position will involve partnering with the Personal department to provide excellent customer service to agency customers and greeting office visitors throughout the day. Carriage Hill is one of the fastest-growing independent insurance agencies in East Tennessee with offices in Lenoir City, Athens, Morristown, Oak Ridge, Knoxville, and Nashville. Benefits * Paid vacation * Paid holidays * Paid sick * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available * Excellent work environment * 401(k) * 401(k) Match Responsibilities * Greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. * Answer incoming phone calls. * Return all phone messages promptly. * Provide exceptional customer service. * Process customer policy change requests. * Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. * Handle incoming claim calls from customers. * Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. * Be outstanding at relationship building. * Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. * Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified time frame.
