Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our team for a Luxurious Class-A apartment community in Coral Springs, Florida. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process while providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in property management and sales will help prospective residents find their ideal home, ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to move-in. All applicants must have at least 3 years of apartment industry leasing experience. to be considered for hire. Duties * Greet and assist potential residents in a friendly and professional manner. * Conduct property tours, showcasing available units and community amenities. * Manage leasing paperwork, ensuring all documents are completed accurately and efficiently. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property features, rental rates, and local market trends. * Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly. * Participate in marketing efforts to promote the property and attract new residents. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction. * Proven sales abilities to effectively close leasing deals. * Familiarity with legal administrative tasks related to leasing agreements. * Proficient in data entry and file management systems. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
