Description of the role: Friendly Ford is seeking a highly driven Client Concierge for the Service Business Development Center to assist Friendly Ford's customer portfolio of over 50 years. Inbound and outbound phone calls and handling some cashiering duties, the ideal candidates for this position need to be friendly, outgoing, motivated, and willing deliver high quality customer service. You will play a vital role in the service team, assisting with customer inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue. You will be responsible for handling customer calls, emails, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
