Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our door to door team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our door to door sales team. This role requires a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. The Sales Trainer will play a crucial role in equipping our sales professionals with the tools they need to succeed in a competitive market. Responsibilities * Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales staff. * Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Analyze sales performance metrics to identify training needs and areas for improvement. * Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on customer service, direct sales techniques, and negotiation skills. * Collaborate with sales management to align training objectives with business goals. * Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to enhance their selling techniques. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training methodologies. Requirements * Proven experience in customer service, direct sales, or sales management. * Will require trainer to work in office and in field. * Strong understanding of business development strategies and technical sales processes. * Excellent presentation skills with the ability to conduct effective product demos. * Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully. * Experience in inside sales is a plus. * Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. * A passion for mentoring others and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
