Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience, driving sales, and ensuring that our sales are operated smoothly. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Travel to various locations to promote and sell company products. * Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions. * Represent William's Greenery with a professional and approachable demeanor. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience. Experience * Previous experience as a door to door sales person or in the medical marijuana industry is preferred. * Strong phone and in person etiquette for handling customer inquiries. * Familiarity with basic math for transaction processing. * Experience supervising staff or assisting in training new employees is a plus. * A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and creating positive shopping experiences.
