Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to effectively communicate with clients to meet their needs.

Duties

• Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
• Conduct direct sales activities, including presentations and product demonstrations.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on performance metrics.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products. Skills
• Proven experience in account management and B2B sales.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Experience in territory sales with a focus on direct sales strategies.
• Ability to generate leads through various channels, including networking and referrals.
