Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to effectively communicate with clients to meet their needs. Duties * Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking. * Conduct direct sales activities, including presentations and product demonstrations. * Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on performance metrics. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining positive relationships with clients. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products. Skills * Proven experience in account management and B2B sales. * Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets. * Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Experience in territory sales with a focus on direct sales strategies. * Ability to generate leads through various channels, including networking and referrals. * Familiarity with retail sales practices is a plus.
