Position Summary: As the MLM Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team, formulating and executing strategies to increase market share and drive business growth. You will work closely with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and enhance customer satisfaction and team performance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement direct selling and team development strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. - Manage and nurture the sales team, providing training and development plans to enhance members' skills and motivation. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies to respond to market changes. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing plans and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share.- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring long-term cooperation and success. - Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular sales reports and analysis. - Ensure the team adheres to all legal regulations and company policies. Position Requirements: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales or multi-level marketing with managerial and leadership experience. - In-depth understanding of best practices and strategies in the direct sales industry. - Strong business acumen and market analysis ability. - Excellent interpersonal communication and team management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
