What You 'll Do As a Business Development Representative , you will play a key role in growing our business by: Prospecting & Lead Generation - Identify and reach out to potential clients who need staffing solutions. Building & Managing Client Relationships - Develop and maintain strong connections with new and existing clients. Consultative Selling - Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions that drive their success. Negotiating & Closing Deals - Craft competitive proposals and close contracts to expand our market presence. Collaborating with the Recruiting Team - Work closely with our recruiters to ensure we deliver the best talent to our clients. What We 're Looking For * Sales & Business Development Experience - Prior experience in B2B sales, staffing, or a related field. Strong Communication & Relationship-Building Skills - Ability to connect with clients and build long-term partnerships. Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented - A proactive mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets. Problem-Solving Abilities - Understanding client challenges and offering creative workforce solutions. *Industry Knowledge (Preferred but Not Required) - Experience in staffing, HR, or workforce solutions is a plus!
