Answer questions about facilities/services. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure personal appearance is clean and professional. Welcome and acknowledge and guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear, professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to concerns of others.
