Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and enhancing customer satisfaction. Duties * Conduct research to identify potential clients and market trends. * Engage in warm calling to establish connections and generate leads. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for client acquisition. * Utilize CRM to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term relationships. * Participate in telemarketing campaigns to promote products and services effectively. * Communicate product benefits clearly to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. * Support inside sales efforts by following up on leads and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
