The role of Fragrance Proactive Sales Specialist ( PSS ) is to support and sell Michel Germain Parfum while delivering excellent customer service and building brand awareness, in order to develop a strong, regular clientele base. Utilize all Michel Germain tools ( SPH report, Press Kit, Company website) to ensure overall customer experience. Track best selling days/times, manage gift with purchase and communicate inventory needs in a timely manner. Follow rules and regulations of Store Management. MUST BE AVAILABE: Weekends. Min. 10.0 hours/week. Christmas Season/Valentines Day week/Mother's Day and Fathers Day and week leading up to.

Qualifications

: At least 2 years of direct fragrance related sales. Proven track record of building clientele and increasing sales with Brand recognition. Strong communicator, organized and strong ability to develop and maintain great working relationships with Management and support teams. Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
