As a Business Development Associate, you will play an essential role in our growth and expansion. What you'll do: * Research prospective clients based on defined profiles, nurture relationships and build a pipeline of new leads utilizing advanced data and insights from HubSpot, LinkedIn and other proprietary platforms. * Proactively engage key prospects and influencers, tailoring outreach campaigns and engagement messaging across email, social, phone and other channels. * Qualify new prospects and schedule leads for our sales team; work in partnership to support the successful close of lead prospects. * Utilize data analytics and insights to continually refine new client prospecting, and nurture relationships. * Meet and exceed sales quota and defined KPI's and ensure up to date performance and goal tracking. * Become an expert in our brand, a student of the marketplace and a solution based selling expert to HR Professionals. * Maintain and update sales pipeline system to ensure lead accuracy and capture learnings Required Skills: * Demonstrable track record of achievement and excellence. * Proven ability to thrive in performance results driven and competitive environments. * A motivated self starter who can independently manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. * A creative problem solver; utilizing qualitative and quantitative insights and learnings to achieve results. * Previous experience with marketing automation such as Hubspot and sales tools like SalesForce and adept utilization of modern technology tools. * Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams. * Prior customer facing work experience and a strong comfort and desire with proactively customer outreach. * A Passion for making a difference.
