Property Manager - LIHTC Multifamily Property | Virginia Beach, VA We're a fresh and growing property management company based in Virginia Beach, and we're on the lookout for a motivated Property Manager with Low- Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience to help lead the way at one of our key properties--an 85-unit multifamily community. This role is perfect for someone who's organized, proactive, and passionate about providing top-notch service to residents. You'll be responsible for day- to-day operations, including leasing, resident relations, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and LIHTC regulations. What You 'll Do:

• Oversee leasing and occupancy to keep the community full and thriving
• Maintain strong, respectful relationships with residents and vendors
• Ensure full compliance with LIHTC and Fair Housing requirements
• Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Manage budgets, prepare reports, and keep property performance on track What We 're Looking For:
• Previous experience managing a tax credit (LIHTC) property
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Solid knowledge of property maintenance best practices
