Overview

: As a Counter Associate, you'll be the face of our store, welcoming customers with a smile and ensuring they have a memorable experience. This role involves assisting customers, offering samples, restocking candy displays, and maintaining a clean, inviting space. The ideal candidate is a people person with an eye for detail, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to multitask with ease.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers with a welcoming attitude and assist them with their candy selections.
• Offer samples to customers, sharing product information and recommendations.
• Stock shelves and maintain product displays, ensuring they're always appealing and well-organized.
• Keep candy trays and the store clean, tidy, and well-presented.
• Monitor candy quality, ensuring every piece meets our high standards.
• Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the store during your shift.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members to deliver a seamless experience.
• Maintain energy and positivity in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Friendly demeanor and a passion for working with the public.
• Ability to stand on your feet, bend, and reach throughout your shift.
• Strong multitasking skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
