As a Fiber Internet Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our fiber optic internet services directly to consumers through various sales techniques. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to understand and convey technical information related to internet services. You will be engaging with potential customers door-to-door, introducing them to our high-speed fiber internet solutions, and helping them make the switch from their existing internet service providers. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers. * Educate customers on the benefits of our fiber internet services. * Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales quotas. * Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. * Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. * Identify and target potential customers who can benefit from fiber optic solutions. * Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. * Recommend customized fiber optic solutions that align with their needs. * Clearly communicate the technical benefits and advantages of fiber optic technology. Qualifications: * Previous experience in direct sales, preferably in door-to-door or field sales. * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and evenings. * Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle. * Proficiency in using digital tools and devices (smartphones, tablets, routers, Wi-Fi extenders, etc.).
