Job description 1-800 Radiator & A/C (a Driven Brands company) is seeking an Inside Sales and Customer Service Rep to join our team. The applicant should be energetic, outgoing, and quick on their feet. We're looking for people with or without automotive and or trucking experience and Spanish fluency is a +. This opportunity also is a good entry point for candidates looking to learn sales in a business-to-business environment. Full training will be provided. Ideal Candidate Must Haves: * Customer service oriented * Bi-lingual Spanish (Note Required) * High energy and fun loving * Automotive and or Trucking industry experience in repair, sales or parts * Excellent communication skills * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Able to work independently and results oriented Primary Responsibilities: * Selling parts to customers that call in * Handling customer service issues and following up on customer quotes and leads * Visiting Customers Shops and promoting 1-800-Radiator and value as supplier * Communicate important customer relationship issues to the Sales Manager * Making outbound sales call to current & potential customers in order to generate revenue. * Educating customers about our value proposition and exceptional service * Managing all location employees * Handling all inventory transactions and maintaining warehouse inventory * Helping putt away inventory as needed on shipments Experience & Skills: * Automotive or Trucking experience * Quick witted * People person * Driven to succeed and grow!
